About Tracy
Tracy has a background in clinical community and school-based Art Therapy and corporate-based leadership, through which her passion for a positive and proactive approach to fostering mental health and wellness have grown. She received her Bachelors of Science in Family Studies from Towson University and her Masters of Arts in Art Therapy from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in Terre Haute, Indiana. Tracy is licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist (LCPAT). In addition to her educational and professional backgrounds, Tracy's lived experience support and shape her passion to help others understand wellness, grasp what being well means for them uniquely, and integrate creativity and expression into the process.
Tracy resides in Columbia, MD with her husband, son, dog, cat, and two hermit crabs. When she's not running workshops, groups, and wellness series, she enjoys supporting her own wellness through art, time with her family, and being outside.
